I like to think of my art as a means of communication. I find that art teaches me what I am capable of being and becoming and allows me to express what I have learned. Calling myself an artist is a clarion call for me to take responsibility for seeing more deeply into myself and sharing what I see with others. Each medium that I work in affords a new language with which to create and I love the freedom that multiple media brings. In addition, art helps me to fine tune my spiritual practices. Delving deeper into my spiritual being by exploring diverse art forms, I find ways of saying what I had never seen before and seeing what I had never felt.<\/p>\n
